Stainless Steel training Bit.

3-pieces snaffle mouth with copper roller, turn cheeks & curved shanks.

Mouth thickness : 13mm - Cheek length :180mm 

Copper roller encourages the horse to 'play' with the Bit, which helps to keep the jaw softer and more relaxed

Copper also being sweet to taste, encourages horses to salivate and become softer and more responsive in the mouth.

Double jointed bits conform around the tongue and place pressure more equally over the tongue, bars and lips, reducing 'nutcracker' action.

Many horses are more comfortable with this style of bit.

Multiple options for rein positions enable this Bit to be used like a hanging snaffle when reins are attached to the main ring, or a curb Bit when reins are attached to the lower ring.

Curved shank offers horse a preliminary 'warning' as rein pressure is applied, and thus acts more subtly than a similar bit with straight shanks (eg think straight shanks of a pelham)

Useful as a Western training Bit, or even as a jumping Bit when extra 'breaks' are required.
